RooTotes Inc. is based in Japan, but their designs commonly reference iconic fashion personalities from the major meccas of Paris, Milan, and NYC.

This tote is no different, evoking the City of Light with muted stripes, pastels, and the Eiffel Tower. This particular bag has a little extra zest because of its chain handles.
