Jimmy Choo has looked into the annals of fashion design throughout the ages, and apparently looked closely through the era of the 20s, 30s and 40s, when bakelite and acrylic were all the rage.

Then, he baked color in, for a dash of the 80s, and voila! Instant pop.

Very neat, geometric design. Not sure about the printing of the Jimmy Choo logo on the flap as it is, as it feels slightly cheapened. Overall though, a very modern look, with an historic design.

Dimensions:  7″/17cm W x  6″ / 15cm H x 2″ / 5cm x  21″ / 53cm handle drop. The sides are leather in the matching electric blue. At $495 in Net-a-Porter, it’s a pretty decent value.
