Logo: sensible, balanced, and trustworthy.

Signature Elements: sky blue suede lining in each bag, and the signature L and T brandished into their hardware. Vintage bags that attend to detail on the interior, such as alligator trim on inside pockets, inspire this team.

Famous Handbag: No iconic handbag yet, but they design for men and women that simply want quality without the hordes of people hopping onto the latest handbag bandwagon. Shown here are two versions of the Nicole Python bag. Contact the designers directly for more information on this bag.

Founder: Started in 1998 by Richard Lambertson and John Truex (who started designing accessories for Carlos Falchi). This team turned the opposite way from a handbag market that was saturated in logos, as their bags started as very simple with hidden logos. The aesthetic tide has turned to their sensibility now.

Company Control/Exclusivity: Tiffany & Co. bought the brand from Samsonite in April-May 2009. Sold in stores like Saks and Bloomies, the website is http://lambertsontruex.com/.
