It’s no easy to feat to find a laptop bag that is comfortable and dressy. Well, here is the ultimate solution for summer from Lloyd, a Spanish label that handcrafts all their designs in-house.

Just in time for summer, this white version is made from Italian leather with soft magenta satin lining. What makes this bag stand out, however, is the strap. I have had many a sore shoulder from toting my 2.7 pound laptop and papers in a bag with an unforgiving strap. This design is much more forgiving, distributing the weight through gathered silk taffeta that conforms to the shoulder.

The finishing touches are all there as well, with gold fittings and matching gold base studs on the bottom to protect the bag. Interestingly, the bag also comes with a detachable clutch in matching leather. Lloyd seems to have thought of all the needs of accessories needed in work and play.

The bag accommodates a laptop up to 16″, so I’m sure this size is more than ample — who is carrying a laptop larger than that now? Actual dimensions are 40cm w x 30cm h x 11cm d, and it weighs in at 100 grams. Coming in three colors, each is as striking than the last. The storm black is perfect for city living. I’ve seen a few of these on the streets in Berlin, and would travel well from the States to Japan.
